The benefits of cryotherapy were hard to believe until I experienced my first session. My muscles seemed relaxed and at rest afterwards. I will do it again for the calorie burning and the great night of sleep alone.

Athletes and celebrities love cryotherapy.
Here’s a few of them that visit The Cryo Warehouse to get an edge and up their game.
Cryotherapy users have reported feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.
Atheletes and others that use cryotherapy have reported benefits in speeding recovery time.
Cryotherapy users have reported the process is relaxing and helps them reduce stress.
Whole-body cryotherapy (WBC) involves short exposures to extremely cold, dry air (temperatures between -130°F to -184°F) for 2-3 minutes.
Increasingly common in use among athletes, it is used to purportedly enhance recovery after exercise and facilitate injury rehabilitation.
The first whole body cryotherapy unit was produced in Japan in the 1970’s and has since become popular worldwide.
Reductions in muscle[13] and skin[13][14] tissue temperature after whole body cryotherapy exposure may stimulate cutaneous receptors and excite the sympathetic adrenergic fibres, causing constriction of local arterioles and venules.[13][15]
Consequently, WBC may be effective in relieving soreness, or muscle pain, through reduced muscle metabolism, skin microcirculation, receptor sensitivity and nerve conduction velocity.[2]
Interestingly, a paradoxical increase in rectal temperature, followed by a slight decline, has been reported following exposure to the treatment.[13]
There is also a body of evidence to suggest that WBC stimulates the autonomic nervous system (ANS), with a predominance of parasympathetic tone activation, after exposure.[16]
Systematic reviews of whole body cryotherapy have repeatedly called for research studies to implement active surveillance of adverse events, which are suspected of being underreported.[2][17]

When I first heard of cryotherapy I was skeptical… But afterward I felt amazing. It was powerful and I felt energetic. My energy lasted all day. When I went to sleep, I had the best sleep in years.
I’m a almost 50 year-old man! I run and workout 5 days a week. So you can imagine how my muscles and joints feel. So i thought I’d try this out, it was freaking amazing. I will return for more treatments. Love it.
After the treatment I felt great. The rush of blood back to my extremities got my blood pumping, eased a lot of my muscle soreness, and made me feel invigorated.
