Lauren Gibbs is a three-year member of the USA Bobsled National Team striving to make the 2018 Games. Lauren’s drive and love for competition started in volleyball, track and field, and soccer at Westridge School for Girls in Pasadena, CA. She continued her education and went on to be a student-athlete and captain of the volleyball team at Brown University graduating Academic All-Ivy. Lauren first earned a spot on the USA Bobsled team in 2014, and won two World Cup medals in addition to a gold-medal run at the North American Cup during the 2014-2015 season. Made the national team roster once again in 2015 after winning the USA National Bobsled Push Championships, and later sweeping the national team trials in Lake Placid, N.Y. in October. Lauren is currently in the process of preparing to race in her third World Championships.
